Welcome to ABG Print (Advanced Business Group, Inc.). By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you are accessing or using our services on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

1. Services

ABG Print provides custom commercial printing services, including but not limited to digital and offset printing, binding, finishing, packaging, and fulfillment. All services are performed on a made-to-order basis.

2. Order Placement & Authorization

By placing an order with ABG Print:

  • You represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of the individual or organization named in the order.

  • You agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

  • You affirm that you are authorized to use the credit card or other payment method submitted for the purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Quotes & Approvals

All quotes are estimates based on information provided at the time of quoting. Final charges may vary based on actual specifications, including but not limited to final file size, page count, finishing, and delivery method.

Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is received or written approval is provided, at which point production will begin.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full prior to production unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept major credit cards, ACH, and approved purchase orders. All payments are processed securely. Any chargebacks will be investigated and, if found to be unwarranted, pursued to the fullest extent including collection fees, legal costs, and reporting to credit agencies.

5. Chargebacks & Dispute Policy

If a payment is reversed or disputed after fulfillment:

  • ABG Print reserves the right to collect the full amount due through any lawful means.

  • The customer remains liable for the full cost of services rendered.

  • Continued service may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final. Once production has begun, orders may not be cancelled or refunded.

If an error occurs that is due to ABG Print (e.g., incorrect printing, wrong stock used), we will reprint the job at no additional cost. Errors due to client-provided files, incorrect specs, or changes after approval are not eligible for refund or reprint.

7. File Submission & Print Readiness

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all files provided are final, print-ready, and meet our production specifications. This includes correct sizing, resolution, color profile, and bleed settings.

ABG Print is not responsible for errors related to file formatting unless we explicitly agreed to provide design or file review services.

8. Turnaround Times & Delivery

Turnaround time begins upon:

  • Receipt of print-ready files

  • Approval of final quote/specs

  • Confirmation of payment

Turnaround estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated in writing. We are not liable for delays due to weather, shipping carriers, file issues, or events beyond our control.

9. Pickup, Shipping & Risk of Loss

Once an order is marked as ready for pickup or handed over to a shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping.

Customers are expected to pick up jobs promptly. Unclaimed jobs may be discarded or recycled after 30 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific job in question. In no event shall ABG Print be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business or profit.

11. Privacy Policy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in New York County.

13. Modifications

ABG Print reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
